Shipping policy

Typical processing includes orders process + shipped within 3-5 business days.  Please allow for additional processing time around major sales or during holidays.  We are unable to guarantee changes once an order is placed, however if you need a hand, please email flamecraftllc@gmail.com

Domestic Shipping

Enjoy free shipping on all orders within the continuous U.S. over $50.

Once picked up and scanned in by our carrier, transit times will vary depending on shipping method + delivery destination.  You will receive your shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created for your order, and the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 48-72 hours once a label has been created.  Once shipped, an order's tracking information is outside of our control and as much as we'd like to be there, final delivery is out of our hands.  We cannot replace missing or stolen  packages at this time.

Expedited Shipping

We offer expedited shipping options for contiguous domestic orders.  Pricing is dependent upon destination/weight of package.  We ask that you please apply our 2-3  business day window for processing to plan accordingly.  Orders placed on Thursday or Friday with USPS 2-Day will likely arrive the following Monday or Tuesday, and will not arrive Saturday or Sunday.

International Orders

We are not currently offering international shipping outside of the U.S.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  If your order arrived damaged, please send us an email within 48 hours of receiving your order along with photos of the damage and a description of the damage as well.  Please report damaged products within 48 hours and before using your product for the first time.  

Exceptions

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Note - Candles, wax melts and other related products can soften or melt when shipping during warm temperatures.  Products that become melted when subjected to ho temperatures for long periods of time we cannot be help liege for.  We strongly advise you to arrange to have your order delivered to an air-conditioned location, such as a business or home, where someone can recieve your package.  If packages are left outside during hot temperatures, candles and related items could potentially melt and we cannot be help liable for such damage.
